Personalized Assessment & Treatment Plans

1. Comprehensive  Assessment:

An initial thorough sleep assessment for snoring, sleep apnoea and insomnia. My approach goes beyond conventional evaluations, considering lifestyle factors and stressors that may be contributing to sleep disturbances.

2. Referral for Sleep Study:

When necessary, I can provide referrals for comprehensive home based (providing you meet Medicare criteria) sleep studies. These studies offer in-depth insights into sleep patterns and aid in diagnosing sleep disorders.

3. Review of Results and Formulation of Treatment Plan:

Following assessments and sleep studies, I conduct a comprehensive review of results  and then formulate a personalized treatment plan tailored to address specific sleep-related issues.

4. Collaboration with Psychologist for Insomnia Management:

Recognizing the multifaceted nature of sleep,  insomnia and COMISA (OSA & insomnia) I collaborate with experienced psychologists. This collaborative effort ensures a holistic and integrated approach to management, addressing both the physical and psychological aspects of sleep disturbances.

5. Lifestyle Modification:

Sleep is deeply intertwined with lifestyle choices. My practice focuses on lifestyle modifications that promote better sleep. This includes guidance on nutrition, exercise,  stress management, weight-loss & overall wellness practices.

6. Periodic Review and Refinement:

My commitment to your well-being doesn't end with the initiation of treatment. I encourage you to have periodic reviews, assessing your progress and refining treatment plans as needed. This iterative process is crucial for adapting strategies to your evolving needs.
